Recognise a project before you read its name

Every workspace gets an icon that means something — a map, a wrench, a chart. You find the project you want by shape, which is faster than reading a column of similar names.

Picked from a shortlist, not invented

Naming an icon outright mostly works and fails in ways that are hard to correct: rank by shortest name and "gear" lands correctly on a cog while "launch" lands on a dock. So the app offers a short list of real candidates and one gets chosen from it.

One icon library, no exceptions

Everything is lucide. A second icon set is how an interface starts looking like it was assembled from parts, and there is nothing in the app that a lucide glyph cannot say.

A workspace is a glyph and a conversation is a robot. Two different things should never draw the same mark.
