Give every project its own place to live
A workspace holds one project's chat, files, history and map together — so work stops scattering across a notes app, a chat window and a folder somewhere.
One project, not one big pile
A workspace is the unit everything else hangs off. The conversation, the files an agent wrote, the todo board and the map all belong to it, and opening one puts you back exactly where you left that project.
Workspaces can be moved between your own profiles, shared as a copy, or worked on live with someone else.
Share and collaborate are different words here
Share is a copy — stale the moment it is read. Collaborate is the live thing. The app never uses one word for both, because a link that says share and behaves live is a lie you only catch after acting on old data.
A workspace is not readable by anyone you did not invite. Naming somebody else's workspace in a request is refused, not quietly served.
