One board per workspace, showing what is open, what an agent is working on right now, and what came back finished. The cards are the work itself, not a copy of it.
The board and the agents are the same thing
A task you file by hand and a task Jim files from a message land on the same board and run the same way. There is no separate queue to reconcile.
A card that is running shows it, and the reply appears against the card when it lands.
Nothing is stranded by a restart
If the server restarts while work is in flight, every task left mid-run is swept back to open so it can be started again — rather than sitting on a board forever claiming to be busy.
A card only reads as done when the run that owns it actually finished.
